Couples Therapy

Relationships are our natural habitat. We live, take refuge, grow and explore in the context of relationship. But the intricacies of healthy connection are learned, not effortless, behaviors. As a result, we often feel disconnected, hurt, and angry toward the people who are most important to us. I’ll help you learn and experience the why and how of getting unstuck from old patterns, being vulnerable with each other, improving communication, and really connecting.

Individual Therapy

Need help learning to set better boundaries? Anxious, depressed, or feeling overwhelmed? It’s ok to struggle, and it’s ok to ask for help. I’ll listen to your goals, help you gain the emotional mindfulness you need to live from your self-at-best—and then continue doing so when our work is done. If you're ready to feel seen, supported, and empowered, I'm here to help.

I believe in the principle of healing from the very first session and in every session after. We co-create a safe space for you to grow insight and self-compassion. Then, we move together from safety, out into exploring the hard stuff, and back again—until you feel relief, increased joy, and a stronger sense of self; reaching toward healing session by session.​  

 

My training involves a range of evidence-based treatments, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment informed therapy. I provide a personalized approach to therapy that is tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. ​Please see the About page to learn more specifics on what my particular therapy style is like.
